Sometimes it helps to talk things through with someone independent.Access SA provides short-term, confidential counselling for a wide range of personal and work-related concerns. This might include stress, anxiety, relationships and family concerns, grief and loss, workplace challenges, low mood or significant life changes.Our experienced clinicians provide a safe space to explore what's happening and work with you towards practical ways forward.Appointments can be provided face-to-face, by phone or secure video.

Support for the people supporting others.Managing people can sometimes mean navigating difficult conversations, complex situations or concerns about an employee's wellbeing. Manager Assist gives managers and leaders confidential access to an experienced clinician to talk through a workplace situation, consider appropriate next steps and approach conversations with greater confidence. Support may be useful when managing interpersonal conflict, workplace change, challenging behaviour or concerns about the wellbeing of an individual or team.

Support when the unexpected happens.A traumatic or distressing event can have a significant impact on individuals, teams and the wider workplace. Access SA provides timely professional support following traumatic or distressing workplace events, including Traumatic Event Response, with assistance available onsite or virtually depending on the circumstances.Support can be tailored to the needs of those affected and may include individual or group support, debriefing and recovery-focused sessions to help people process what has happened and move forward.

Proactive support for employee wellbeing.Access SA Wellbeing Checks provide employees with dedicated time to pause, reflect and talk confidentially about how they’re going.These proactive check-ins can help identify emerging concerns, encourage earlier support and give employees practical strategies to maintain their wellbeing. They can be particularly valuable during periods of workplace change, increased pressure or other challenging circumstances.Wellbeing Checks can be tailored to the needs of an organisation or team.

Practical learning for healthier workplaces.Access SA provides interactive workplace workshops designed to build awareness, strengthen wellbeing and give people practical strategies they can use at work and in everyday life.Workshops can explore topics including mindfulness, burnout and self-care, coping with change, psychological safety, vicarious trauma, supportive conversations and working with vulnerable people.Sessions can be tailored to the needs of your organisation or team.
